Abstract: There is described a method for displaying an Internet page an/or an intranet page on a visualization device of an industrial automation device, wherein the method relates to data of the Internet page and/or intranet page which are stored in a first data format on a server. In this case, the industrial automation device can be unburdened of tasks for displaying the page. The data of the Internet page and/or intranet page can be transmitted to a data processing device via the Internet and/or an intranet and can be received by the data processing device, after which the data processing device converts the data of the Internet page and or intranet page, which are in the first data format, into a second data format, after which these converted data are transmitted to the industrial automation device and/or to the visualization device of the industrial automation device. Following this, the page can be fully or partially displayed on the visualization device of the industrial automation device.
