  • Patent number: 10697298
Abstract: An oil-lubricated slide vane rotary vacuum pump with a slide vane unit, and with an oil separating and reconditioning device, wherein oil and gas are separated by separating devices, possibly complemented by oil coolers and/or oil pumps. One or more monitoring and/or servicing devices are provided, and the oil separating and reconditioning device is installed in an oil separating and reconditioning housing. Side walls extend transversely to a plane of rotation of a slide vane rotor, and define a longitudinal extent of the oil separating and reconditioning housing. The one or more monitoring and/or servicing devices are arranged only in one or more cover parts which are attached to one or both end walls of the oil separating and reconditioning housing. The oil separating and reconditioning housing is formed with the side walls, the bottom wall and the top wall without being configured for a monitoring and/or servicing device.

  • Publication number: 20190257310
Abstract: An oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump has a rotary vane unit that includes a rotary vane chamber and a rotary vane rotor. The vacuum pump has an oil separation and reprocessing device in which oil and gas that have penetrated into the rotary vane unit are separated by a separation device formed by a filter element and/or a gravitational and/or impact separator and/or a fine particle separator, preferably along with an oil foam decomposition device and/or with an oil cooler and/or with an oil pump. One or more monitoring and/or maintenance devices are provided for the devices, and the oil separation and reprocessing device is accommodated in an oil separation and reprocessing housing. The gas successively flows through two separation devices within the oil separation and reprocessing housing, and the two separation devices are both accessible for maintenance from a face wall.

  • Patent number: 9624927
Abstract: The invention relates to a vacuum pump, in particular a screw pump, having preferably two displacement body shafts (2, 3), coupled via a gearing, which drive displacement bodies (12, 13), and having an inner recess (14), extending in the direction of a geometric axis (A) of the displacement body shaft (2, 3), in which a tubular body (20) extends for conducting cooling fluid while leaving a free space between an inner surface of the recess (14) and an outer surface of the body (20).

  • Patent number: 7643775
Abstract: In a method for control of circulation speed of an endless belt arranged in a printer or copier, the endless belt is directed over at least two rollers where the belt is driven with a preset first circulation speed via at least one of the rollers as a driven roller. Various load states act on the endless belt in successive operating phases during a printing or copying process, and via said various load states the belt being braked with different strengths so that a slippage is generated at least between the belt and the driven roller. A braking force acting directly on the endless belt is generated. Braking force is controlled such that a substantially constant slippage is generated between the driven roller and the belt based on the operating phases so that the endless belt is braked to a second circulation speed.

  • Patent number: 6802487
Abstract: A flow regulating apparatus for a fluid, in particular a pneumatic choke valve, includes a housing having an inlet port and an outlet port fluidly connected by a choke channel. A throttling piston is disposed in the choke channel for movement in longitudinal direction between an initial position and an end position. The throttling piston includes a tapered section to define with the choke channel an overflow passage whose cross section is dependent on a position of the throttling piston, wherein the tapered section is configured such that a movement of the throttling piston from the initial position to the end position results in a progressive increase of the cross section of the overflow passage.

  • Patent number: 6766129
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for guiding a belt-shaped continuous carrier material in an electrographic printer or copier provides that a continuous belt-shaped carrier material is guided over at least one roller element, the roller element having a trail with respect to the conveying direction of the carrier material. Further, a device for guiding a continuous belt-shaped carrier material in an electrographic printer or copier is provided, in which a roller element can be displaced and/or tilted transversely to the carrier material.

  • Patent number: 6641117
Abstract: Apparatus for slip-free determination of a cable motion in longitudinal cable direction for a hoist, in particular a pneumatically operated cable balancing hoist, which includes a housing, and a cable drum having an outer surface area formed with a groove for receiving a cable. The cable drum is rotatably supported in the housing and moveable in a longitudinal direction in such a way that a run-off point of the cable is at a same location at any time. A sensor is provided to detect markings of the cable drum, as the markings move relative to the sensor during rotation of the cable drum, for delivering an output signal. The groove defines a helical ridge in parallel relationship to the groove, wherein the markings are provided along the ridge, and wherein the sensor is secured to the housing in confronting relationship to the ridge.

  • Patent number: 6556804
Abstract: A printer or copier operates to print a carrier material on both sides. A transfer station in the printer or copier has two transfer bands which transfer toner images onto the supporting material. A transfer corotron recharges the toner particles to a polarity for transfer to the carrier material at a transfer location. A first transfer mode provides for accumulating a plurality of toner images on the transfer band before transfer to the carrier material. A second transfer mode provides continuous transfer of the toner image to the carrier material.
