Abstract: A system for configuring the graphical layout of at least one multi-viewer display is described. The system includes a processing and presentation circuitry configured to receive an input signal, to process the input signal, thereby generating an output signal, and to output the output signal. The system includes a display circuitry configured to forward the output signal to an output device. The system includes a data base configured to store predefined information of a system setup. The predefined information includes configuration information that defines a desired application-specific layout of the multi-viewer display. The processing and presentation circuitry is enabled to access the data base, thereby retrieving the predefined information.

Abstract: A communication system for air traffic control is described. The communication system includes a cloud based server structure, at least one controller working position as well as at least one radio ground station for transmitting radio signals to an aircraft and/or receiving radio signals from an aircraft. The at least one radio ground station and the at least one controller working position are connected to the cloud based server structure by means of an internet protocol infrastructure. The cloud based server structure is configured to process signals for air-ground communication and/or ground-ground communication. Furthermore, a method of controlling air traffic of an airspace is described.
