  • Publication number: 20140020650
Abstract: A method includes the steps of providing a first panel of aluminium material; providing a second panel of steel material; stamping a plurality of first pimple-like bulges in the first panel; stamping a plurality of second pimple-like bulges in the second panel, wherein the arrangement of the second pimple-like bulges is congruent with the arrangement of the first pimple-like bulges; bringing together the sides of the first and second panels that are furnished with the bulges, so that the domes of each set of pimple-like bulges lie opposite each other; and clipping the first and second panels together to form a composite by ensuring that at least one tongue is broken out of each of the pimple-like bulges on the second panel and pressed into the corresponding pimple-like bulges in the first panel.

  • Patent number: 7264507
Abstract: A screening connection device for a circuit board mounted within a housing possesses a plug component attached to the exterior of a housing wall by means of securing screws that may be coupled to a socket component mounted to the interior of the housing wall through a cutout in the wall. The plug component includes a screening connection in electrical contact with the securing screws to connect the shield of a cable connected to the plug component whose electrical lines may be connected to the circuit board via the plug component and the socket component. In order to provide contact elements between the securing screws of the plug component and the conductor on the circuit board provided to conduct the screen potential that are simple to manufacture, that provide positive contact, and that are robust components, screening plates are mountable so that they are fixed to the circuit board so that at least one conductor for connection of the screen potential may be brought into contact.

  • Patent number: 7083435
Abstract: An electrical connector for surface mounting on circuit boards has a housing and at least two contact elements, the contact elements each have a contact leg and a solder terminal leg arranged essentially perpendicularly to each other. The contact legs project into a receiving space in the housing and the solder terminal legs run along a first outer side of the housing. Both horizontal and vertical plug-in directions are obtainable by an end of the solder terminal legs being connected in one piece to a second solder terminal leg, the second solder terminal legs running perpendicular to the first solder terminal legs and parallel to the contact legs along a second outer side of the housing, and by at least one projection being provided on the side of the first solder terminal legs and/or the second solder terminal legs for making electrical contact with the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20040248727
Abstract: A molecular sieve is made by reacting an ammonium-exchanged low silica X-type zeolite precursor with lithium hydroxide, at a pressure of about 200 millibar or less, and at a temperature of about 60° or less. The zeolite precursor is preferably an X-type zeolite, in which the silicon to aluminum atomic ratio is less than about 1.02. The lithium is provided in an amount which is stoichiometrically equivalent to the amount of ammonium present. The molecular sieve is especially useful in separating air into components using PSA or VPSA processes, and has improved productivity and yield as compared with materials of the prior art. The advantages of the molecular sieve enable it to be provided in the form of beads having relatively large diameter, which reduces the pressure drop across the adsorber bed, and reduces required energy consumption.
