  • Publication number: 20210284111
Abstract: A method for operating a motor vehicle which includes a primary braking system and a secondary braking system, each wheel of the motor vehicle being assigned a wheel brake which is actuatable by the braking systems, the secondary braking system being activated during an emergency braking operation in such a way that each of the wheel brakes generates the same brake force. An instantaneous steering angle of the motor vehicle is detected during the emergency braking operation and the secondary braking system is activated as a function of the detected steering angle.

  • Patent number: 10836367
Abstract: A method for carrying out a driver-independent braking maneuver of a motor vehicle includes ascertaining a reference trajectory of the motor vehicle, ascertaining a lateral guidance force variable representing the lateral guidance force necessary for guidance of the motor vehicle on the reference trajectory, ascertaining, as a function of the lateral guidance force variable, a longitudinal force variable representing the maximum longitudinal force transferable in a longitudinal vehicle direction, and, based on the longitudinal force variable and driver-independently, establishing a braking force variable representing the braking force of the motor vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10099668
Abstract: A method is described for operating a vehicle, including the following steps: determining a respective traction of the vehicle wheels; determining which of the respective tractions of the vehicle wheels per axle of the vehicle is the highest traction; determining which of the respective highest tractions per axle is the lowest traction; controlling a admission pressure-generating device as a function of the determined lowest traction of the respective highest tractions per axle such that the admission pressure-generating device regulates a brake pressure in a single-channel brake circuit for the vehicle wheels as a function of the determined lowest traction such that the vehicle is decelerated according to the regulated brake pressure. Also described are a corresponding device, a corresponding system, and a computer program product.
