    Abstract: An optoelectronic semiconductor component includes a carrier and a semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip includes an active layer for generating electromagnetic radiation. The carrier includes electrical conductor tracks on a top side for making electrical contact with the semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip is fixed on the carrier. The carrier contains Si3N4 or molybdenum. A method for producing such a component is furthermore specified.
