  • Patent number: 11013448
Abstract: The invention relates to methods, systems and computer program products for monitoring the biosignals of a test subject, in particular electrocardiograms, wherein a plurality of reference biosignals are recorded along with a respective assigned reference parameter value, a control biosignal is measured, a reference parameter value to be assigned to the control biosignal is determined and, on the basis of the reference parameter value assigned to the control biosignal and on the basis of the plurality of reference parameter values assigned to the plurality of reference biosignals, at least one comparative biosignal is selected from the plurality of stored reference biosignals for comparison, and wherein values of the reference parameter at least partially describe a physiological state of the test subject and/or general conditions of an environment.

  • Publication number: 20170258357
Abstract: The invention relates to a medical electrode for recording bioelectrical signals from a muscle, in particular a cardiac muscle, via the skin of a human or animal. The medical electrode comprises: a metal contact (2) for connection to an electrode cable; an electrically conductive electrode plate (3) for receiving the bioelectrical signals; a contact means (4) for establishing an electrical contact between the electrode plate and the skin; and an electronic circuit (7) which comprises a memory (6) for storing electrode-related data.

  • Patent number: 8521263
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for recording an electrocardiogram, for example, comprising the steps of: a) receiving electrocardiogram signals from at least two electrodes (2, 3, 4, 5); b) calculating a current electrocardiogram from the received electrocardiogram signals, assuming an arrangement of the electrodes (2, 3, 4, 5); c) determining a deviation of the calculated current electrocardiogram from a reference electrocardiogram; d) repeating the steps b) and c), wherein each repetition assumes a different electrode arrangement; and e) identifying which of the determined deviations is the minimum.
