  • Patent number: 6911911
Abstract: A label comprises an electronic circuit at its underside. The electronic circuit is adapted to be at least partially adhered directly to an object, such as a commodity. If the label is removed from the commodity the electronic circuit remains at least partially sticking to the commodity, so that the label has no longer a functional electronic circuit. Product counterfeiting by exchanging of labels can thus be detected.

  • Publication number: 20040219331
Abstract: A hanger label (1) which is suitable in particular for hanging infusion bottles. The label (1) has a stretchable hanger (2b) and a region (2a) that can be applied to the surface (6). The stretchability of the hanger (2b) is limited in some section to prevent tearing of the hanger (2b) in critical locations, in particular at the suspension points. This improves the functional reliability of the hanger label (1).
