  • Patent number: 8268632
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for the recording of process parameters of reaction fluids in several microreactors which are continuously agitated, at least until the termination of the reaction in all the microreactors. The process parameters in the microreactor are recorded during the reaction by means of at least one sensor optical system. According to the invention, the reliability of the method may be increased, whereby, during the recording of the value of a process parameter, for example, on recording an instantaneous value of the auto-fluorescence of the reaction fluids, the sensor optical system is held stationary.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 18, 2005
Date of Patent: September 18, 2012
    Assignee: RWTH Aachen
Inventors: Jochen Büchs, Frank Kensy, Markus Samorski
  • Publication number: 20110171147
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the production of unsaturated alpha,omega-dicarboxylic acids and/or their corresponding diesters, by reacting unsaturated carboxylic acids and/or their corresponding esters under the influence of specific ruthenium complex catalysts. The unsaturated alpha,omega-dicarboxylic acids and/or alpha,omega-dicarboxylic acid diesters obtained by the method are useful as UV filters in cosmetic sun screen preparations.
