  • Patent number: 12584339
Abstract: A furniture drive for moving a furniture part movably supported relative to a furniture carcass. The furniture drive includes a carrier to be fixed to the furniture carcass, an actuating arm pivotally supported relative to the carrier about a pivoting axis between a closed position and a maximum opening position, and an adjustment device configured to adjust a position of the maximum opening position of the at least one actuating arm. The adjustment device includes a pivoting member configured to be moved in at least two pivoting positions relative to the actuating arm, and the pivoting member is configured to distance the actuating arm in the at least two pivoting positions to a different extent from an abutment arranged on the carrier when the actuating arm is arranged in the maximum opening position.

  • Patent number: 12311534
Abstract: A manipulating device, by which flexible flat objects can be repositioned and which has a movable gripping device which includes a support structure and at least one gripping unit. The gripping unit has a clamping arm which, together with a clamping surface of the support structure, delimits a clamping gap, in which a flat object portion can be firmly clamped. By means of a transport structure of the clamping arm which is drivable for a circumferential transport movement, the flat object portion can be transported into the clamping gap for subsequent clamping.

  • Patent number: 12128549
Abstract: A handling device which is suitable for repositioning objects has an adhesive gripping device which includes a support structure on which at least one gripping unit is arranged. The gripping unit has an adhesive belt which extends between two holding regions and which, in a working region having a longitudinal portion functioning as a gripping portion, is wound around a release deflection element which is translationally movable relative to the support structure. The release deflection element is part of a release system, by means of which adherence of the object can be released again as required. This release system also has a release drive system, by means of which a rotational movement of the gripping portion around the release deflection element, which movement accompanies the release movement, can be caused, leading to the active removal of the adhesive belt from the gripped object.

  • Patent number: 11996207
Abstract: A nuclear fuel assembly for a boiling water reactor extends along a fuel assembly axis and includes a base including a lower tie plate, a head including an upper tie plate and a lift handle, a bundle of fuel rods extending axially between the lower tie plate and the upper tie plate, and a water channel extending within the bundle of fuel rods with axially connecting the base to the head such that the load of the base is transferred to the head via the water channel. The fuel assembly further comprises a tie rod extending between the base and the head. The tie rod is axially fixed to the base and connected to the head via a connection assembly comprising a stopping member configured to abut an abutting surface of the head for limiting a downward movement of the base relative to the head during lifting of the fuel assembly, in case of a breakage of the water channel.

  • Patent number: 10918551
Abstract: An device for manually unlocking a holding mechanism to which a load is applied is disclosed. The device has an operating element which is to be operated manually for unlocking the holding mechanism via an operating force that increases as the load increases, a conversion mechanism which includes a force transfer element coupled to the operating element, and a trigger coupled to the force transfer element. In order to unlock the holding mechanism the trigger is movable by the operating force transferred by the force transfer element to the trigger from a locked position in which the trigger is operatively decoupled from an unlocking component into an unlocked position in which the trigger is in contact with the unlocking component and unlocks said holding mechanism. The conversion mechanism includes an elastically deformable force limiter via which the force transfer element is coupled to the trigger.

  • Publication number: 20080082392
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for carrying out an industrial business process, which comprises means for graphically modeling the business process as an event-controlled process chain. An event-controlled process chain comprises interlinked work packages which are adapted to trigger at least one event each. The dependencies of the work packages are defined by means of the connections of the work packages. A work package is adapted to receive an event from the preceding work package and a work package is adapted to hand over an event to the subsequent work package. The fact that at least one work package can trigger a plurality of events, whereby every one of these events can be handed over to the subsequent work package independent of the other events, accelerates process execution and therefore reduces handling time and costs.
