  • Patent number: 10350519
Abstract: A device for filtering a plastic melt, including a housing and a filter pin which is axially and/or radially movable therein. In a working position of the filter pin, plastic melt passes from an inlet channel, through a filtering mechanism, which is detachably fastened to the filter pin, to an outlet channel. In a filter change position of the filter pin, the filtering mechanism is freely accessible for replacing the filtering mechanism, and wherein at least one drainage channel is formed in the filter pin. In a start-up position of the filter pin, one end of the at least one drainage channel is in fluid connection with the at least one inlet channel in order to receive the plastic melt that is fed through the at least one inlet channel and to output the plastic melt at another end of the at least one drainage channel.

  • Patent number: 7654491
Abstract: The invention is a device for displacing a switch blade between a position on a stock rail and a position at a distance from the stock rail. The device has: a locking bearing coupled to the switch blade and connected to a locking catch via an axle; and a locking rod that guides the locking catch against a locking support coupled to the stock rail, locks the locking catch to the support, and then unlocks and guides it away from the locking support. The locking support is positioned on the side of the stock rail opposed to the switch blade and is connected to a thrust bearing that is arranged on a fixed superstructure component. The locking bearing is arranged on a component that at least partially follows the displacement, and the displacement motion is transferred from the locking bearing to the switch blade via a displaceable push rod.

  • Publication number: 20070272803
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (100, 130) for displacing a switch blade (106, 142) between a position on a stock rail (14, 144) and a position at a distance from the stock rail (14, 144), said device comprising the following components: a) a locking bearing (104, 134) which is coupled to the switch blade (106, 142) and connected to a locking catch (10) by means of an axle (4), and b) a locking rod (18) that guides the locking catch (10) against a locking support (102, 132) coupled to the stock rail (14, 144), locks the locking catch to the support, and then unlocks the same and guides it away from said locking support (102, 132).

  • Patent number: 6682024
Abstract: Railway switches are subjected to a high degree of stress due to the influences of weather and as a result of trains traveling over them. This may result in changes in adjustments and settings made at the time of mounting. In order to permit, in particular in the case of hollow sleepers, simple re-adjustment of a drive rod relative to the cam rods, an attachment element can be connected to an attachment flange by a positive lock, formed by various adjustment keys and a main key, and using locking screws in such a way that fine adjustment by appropriately selecting the arrangement of the adjustment keys is possible. Coarse adjustment is made by an asymmetric arrangement of the bore holes for connecting to a drive rod as well as by selecting one of the two bore holes.
