  • Publication number: 20240070337
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for placing a set of building elements within a building model. A set of space bodies are defined within a building, where each of the set of space bodies represents a non-overlapping volume within the building. A set of gaps are formed between the set of space bodies. A set of placement rules for the set of building elements are obtained based on physical characteristics of the set of gaps. A set of placements for the set of building elements within the building model are generated in accordance with the set of placement rules.

  • Patent number: 11087035
Abstract: Systems and methods for automatically simulating a building model. A method may include defining a plurality of space bodies, each of the plurality of space bodies representing a non-overlapping volume within a building. The method may also include determining a plurality of gaps between the plurality of space bodies. The method may further include obtaining a set of geometric rules that define simulation parameters as a function of the plurality of gaps. The method may further include generating a plurality of simulation parameters by evaluating the plurality of gaps against the set of geometric rules. The method may further include applying the simulation parameters to a sequence of simulation conditions to produce a simulation result.

  • Patent number: 10663985
Abstract: A fluid network exchange system for efficiently exchanging fluid in a fluid network for prevention of hygiene risks. The system includes a source and a plurality of sinks. The system also includes flow meters for determining the flow rate at each of the sinks and automatic flushing devices for flushing fluid at each of the sinks. The system determines an order and a flushing time for the plurality of sinks to be flushed. The sinks are flushed starting with the sink with the highest flow rate and ending with the sink with the lowest flow rate. Flushing times are determined based on the length of different pathways corresponding to different sinks.
