  • Patent number: 11954620
Abstract: The techniques herein include an inquiry controller determining whether timing criteria have been met for sending an inquiry to a particular user account. In response to determining that the timing criteria for sending an inquiry to the particular user account is satisfied, the inquiry is sent to and received by a particular user device associated with the particular user account. When a response is received, a response analyzer analyzes it and selects a first follow-up action, with associated first digital content, for the system to perform for the particular user account based on the analysis. The chosen action may include automatically creating a calendar item in a digital calendar associated with the user account, updating a digital task list for the user account, generating and transmitting a second inquiry to the particular user device, and the like. The follow-up action is then performed.

  • Patent number: 11347375
Abstract: Techniques are presented herein for digital task management using an intermediary single-account issue inbox system. The techniques include receiving an email message related to a task, creating a task item related to the email message and assigning an initial digital state to the task item, adding the task item to a list of task items stored in the shared issue tracking system causing display of the list of task items that are associated with one digital state value, and enabling users to input state-change information, and in response to those requests, changing those states in the issue ticket system.

  • Patent number: 11231921
Abstract: Method, apparatus and computer program product for software application update management. For example, the apparatus includes at least one processor and at least one non-transitory memory including program code. The at least one non-transitory memory and the program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, receive a qualified lifecycle command associated with a software application; in response to receiving the qualified lifecycle command, obtain an update queue flag value for the software application; determine if the update queue flag value indicates an update-queued status or an update check status; and in response to determining that the update queue flag value indicates the update check status, determine if the software application has access to a latest version of a data resource associated with the software application and adjust the first update queue flag value based on if the software application has access to the latest version.
