  • Patent number: 11940073
Abstract: The hose clamp described herein consists of a clamping band (10) with overlapping band sections in the closed state of the hose clamp, on which hooks (12, 19) are arranged for closing the hose clamp, and with a tightening device (15) arranged in the outer band section for tightening the hose clamp around an object to be clamped. The hooks (12, 19) are stamped out from the clamping band under cold working and each have a lug (21, 25). In the closed state of the hose clamp, the lug (21) of a hook (12) arranged on the inner band section and the lug (25) of a hook (19) arranged on the outer band section engage over each other, and the force is transmitted via transverse surfaces (27, 32) of the hooks (12, 19) that are in contact with each other.

  • Patent number: 11933437
Abstract: A hose clamp for connecting, for example, a hose to a pipe nipple, wherein the hose clamp is made of a clamping band 10 comprising band sections which overlap one another in the closed state of the hose clamp and on which hooks 12, 19 are arranged for closing the hose clamp, and a tightening device 15 arranged in the outer band section for tightening the hose clamp around an object to be clamped, wherein the tightening device comprises two outwardly protruding legs and a bar connecting the legs, wherein at least one corrugated bead 21 extending between the edges of the clamping band and parallel to them is formed on the inner band section of the clamping band, so that at least a part of the corrugated bead is located below the tightening device in the closed state of the clamping band.

  • Patent number: 10934095
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a modular belt having two or more longitudinal belt sections. Each belt section includes a traction element having a cord and a plurality of drive elements attached to the cord. The drive elements are spaced apart along a length of the cord. The belt section further includes a plurality of belt plates. Each belt plate is removably attached to a corresponding drive element of the traction element. The belt section may comprise at least one additional traction element to which each belt plate is attached. In this way, each belt plate may be attached to two or more traction elements. The modular belt includes two or more connectors, wherein each connector is configured to longitudinally couple two belt sections in order to form the modular belt as an endless belt.

  • Publication number: 20060054469
Abstract: A modular conveyor belt formed of rows of belt modules pivotally interlinked by transverse pivot rods. The modules include a top, product conveying surface and a bottom, sprocket-driven surface. The belt modules have a plurality of first link ends disposed in the direction of travel of the conveyor belt and a plurality of second link ends disposed in the opposite direction. Transverse holes in the link ends are aligned to accommodate a pivot rod. When the link ends of the consecutive rows of side by side modules are intercalated, the pivot rod serves as a hinge pin in a hinged joint between consecutive interlinked rows. The transverse holes are disposed at an angle relative to the top surface of the belt module such that when the belt modules are connected to form a belt the transverse holes in adjacent link ends are disposed at opposite angles.

  • Publication number: 20050040026
Abstract: A process for the process management of an extractive distillation plant for the separation of pure aromatics from a parent mixture of aromatic and non-aromatic hydrocarbons with the use of a selective auxiliary substance is described, in which the non-aromatic hydrocarbons are obtained as raffinate and the minimum energy input is set in accordance with an optimisation goal definable by controlled variables, in which the energy input is further set in accordance with the current raffinate quantity in combination with an online measurement of the non-aromatics quantity in the parent mixture. The process according to the invention permits a systematic and fully automatic setting of the plant limits.
