  • Publication number: 20240014618
Abstract: A crimping device for securing a crimp barrel on a conductor of a cable includes a crimper, an anvil that interacts with the crimper, a cutter, a cutter actuator and a holding sheet. The cutter has a receiving surface configured to receive a cable dielectric enclosing the conductor. The cutter actuator is configured to press the cutter down at a reversal point and to be actuated jointly with the crimper. The holding sheet has a molded portion on a side facing toward the receiving surface of the cutter. The molded portion of the holding sheet and the receiving surface of the cutter substantially fully encompass the cable dielectric when the cutter actuator is at the reversal point.

  • Patent number: 11631950
Abstract: A plug connector housing having a housing, a sleeve arranged movably relative to the housing, and a lever, the lever being mounted on the housing for rotation about an axis of rotation extending perpendicularly to a plug-in direction of the plug connector housing, wherein the sleeve can be displaced in the plug-in direction in order to fix a cable by a rotary movement of the lever and the plug connector housing can be locked with a mating plug connector housing by the rotary movement of the lever, the housing having a cable-side end and a plug-side end and a strain relief element having an opening for passing through a cable being arranged at the cable-side end of the housing, and it being possible for the sleeve to at least partially be pushed onto the strain relief element in order to exert radial pressure on the strain relief element relative to the plug-in direction.

  • Patent number: 11283210
Abstract: An electrical plug-in connector includes an internal conductor contact element, an external conductor contact element and an insulating protective element arranged between the internal conductor contact element and the external conductor contact element. The external conductor contact element may have a recess for providing an assembly access point for fastening the internal conductor contact element to an internal conductor of an electrical cable. The insulating protective element can be displaced between an assembly position, in which the assembly access point is cleared through the assembly recess to the internal conductor contact element, and an insulating protection position, in which the assembly access point to the internal conductor contact element is blocked by the insulating protective element.
