  • Patent number: 10871201
Abstract: A planetary transmission for transmitting drive power to a work machine, comprising a plurality of planetary gearwheels, a plurality of planetary shafts and at least one planetary carrier, the planetary gearwheels being arranged in each case rotatably on one of the planetary shafts, and the planetary shafts being fastened in each case to the planetary carrier, characterized in that the planetary carrier is configured for a releasable connection to a work machine shaft.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 15, 2016
Date of Patent: December 22, 2020
Assignee: DESCH Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG
Inventors: Hendrik Peter Desch, Markus Wilmes
  • Patent number: 10773711
Abstract: A hybrid electric vehicle having an internal combustion engine and an electrical machine operable as a traction motor with a manual transmission arranged between the engine and the driving wheels and a clutch between the engine and the transmission generates an acoustic notification signal to indicate a gear shift that would result in either an excessive or insufficient engine speed. A different acoustic tone may be provided for a gear shift that would result in excessive engine speed than a gear shift that would result in insufficient engine speed. The acoustic notification signal may be a simulated engine noise.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 16, 2019
Date of Patent: September 15, 2020
    Assignee: FORD GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC
Inventors: Markus Espig, Matthew Allen Schneider, Tobias Emig, Julian David Pott, Markus Wilmes
