    Abstract: A ventilated, multiple pane skylight is disclosed including a base portion that is mounted to a building for generally surrounding a rooftop opening therein. There is an upper portion that is supported by the base portion and includes inner and outer radiation attenuating panels. The panels are held apart such that an interstitial space is provided between them. An air inlet and outlet is provided through the upper portion so that the interstitial space is ventilated.
