The container is easy to open, employing rocker points to allow for a rocking acting effective to release the lid from a closed position when a downward force is exerted upon an upper surface of the lid thereby providing an effective opening for pouring. A leak-resistant seal is achieved through the use of a plug section of the lid having a continuous outer peripheral surface which effects a close conforming fit with a similarly positioned surface area on the container body in a continuous and positive manner.

A strong, rigid shelf is also provided for supporting the modular components, while also allowing the lateral and angular tilt adjustment of the modular components. The system further includes stacked trays selectively adjustable relative to one another. Abstract: This is a multi-purpose, low-profile desk accessory in which a horizontally oriented flat base sheet is formed with upstanding walls which define a plurality of shallow storage wells, including one for the storage for a roll of tape which is horizontally oriented, and another for the storage of a flat stack of unbound note paper. Suitable means are provided for twisting the tape 90.degree. as it comes off the tape roll. Above these shallow storage wells are upper decks which provide additional storage space, some of which is specifically dedicated to such office implements as a ring-bound calendar, and possibly an ash tray or card file. Alongside the shallow lower level and upper level storage facilities is an elevated structure which includes deep wells for the storage of paper clips and similar desk implements, and another deep well for storing elongated writing instruments such as pens and pencils in a horizontal attitude.

Abstract: This is a desk top tray set comprising trays and connector-spacer members for connecting the trays in vertically stacked relationship two or more tiers high. Each tray has a versatility that makes it universally applicable either for individual use or for positioning anywhere in the vertical stack. That is to say, a given tray, when equipped with removeable and replaceable plugs for the upwardly facing bayonet ports thereof, can be used individually or as the topmost tray in a vertical stack. When the bayonet plugs are removed, however the tray can be used in the interior or at the bottom of the stack. Moreover the plugs, once removed can again be replaced, and the tray thus restored to the top of the stack or to individual use. The tray is also designed to receive connector bayonets plugged in from above or below, so that each tray can be used at the top, in the middle, or at the bottom of the stack.
