  • Patent number: 11173919
Abstract: A control device for a vehicle for determining a comfort level of a driver, the control device being configured to: receive sensor output of a physiological sensor and a behavioral sensor, the physiological sensor measuring at least one physiological feature of the driver and the behavioral sensor measuring at least one behavioral feature of the driver, receive driving context information from a driving context detection unit, create a reference data set by recording the sensor output and the driving context information over a predetermined reference time period, determine a reference index for the comfort level of the driver based on the reference data set, and determine a comfort level index value of the driver, the index value being determined as a function of a current sensor output, current driving context information and the reference index. Further relates to a system and a method.

  • Publication number: 20210323559
Abstract: The present disclosure concerns a data processing device configured to be connected to one or more physiological sensors for receiving physiological data of a user, to one or more behavioral sensors for receiving behavioral data of the user and to a vehicle context detection unit for receiving vehicle context information, and to determine a discomfort level index value based on a personality profile of the user together with at least the vehicle context information and physiological and behavioral data received within corresponding time windows, as well as a method for evaluating user discomfort implemented by said data processing device.

  • Publication number: 20210323540
Abstract: A vehicle driving and monitoring system includes an driving system including a situation analysis and planning unit, configured to determine vehicle situation information; a vehicle situation summary determination system configured, based on the vehicle situation information, to calculate a situational image; the situational image being a surround view of the vehicle calculated so that: at least one stationary element or mobile object which is located within an outline defining the situational image is not shown in the situational image or is shown in a less visible way, and/or additional driving information is shown in the situational image; and a vehicle situation summary output system including a display device configured to continuously display the situational image when the vehicle is moving.

  • Publication number: 20210153796
Abstract: A control device, system, and method for a vehicle to determine a driver's comfort level, configured to receive a first sensor output of a first physiological sensor measuring at least one first physiological feature of the driver, and receive a second sensor output of a second physiological sensor measuring at least one second physiological feature of the driver, create at least one reference data set by recording the first sensor output over a first predetermined reference time period and recording the second sensor output over a second predetermined reference time period being different than the first predetermined reference time period, determine at least one reference index for the comfort level of the driver based on the reference data set, and determine a comfort level index value of the driver, the index value determined as a function of the reference index and the current first and/or second sensor output.

  • Publication number: 20100066216
Abstract: To provide a quantum motor capable of reliably carrying out rotation. A quantum motor includes a rotor containing a functional material of which quantum characteristic is externally controllable, an N pole permanent magnet and an S pole permanent magnet applying magnetic field to the rotor, and a light source varying the quantum characteristic of the rotor. The light source varies the quantum characteristic of the rotor, so that rotation force is generated in the rotor and the rotor rotates.
