Abstract: A gun barrel cleaning tool including an elongated planar rectangular plate having an upper surface, a lower surface, and a periphery extended therebetween; and an elongated cleaning pad coupled about the plate with the cleaning pad including an interior section formed of a sponge-like absorbent material having an upper interior surface positioned against the lower surface of the plate, a parabolic lower interior surface with a downwardly extending apex offset directly below the center of the plate, and a pair of opposed interior side surfaces therebetween, the cleaning pad further including a cover formed of an absorbent sheet of cloth material secured around the interior section, the cover having an upper exterior surface positioned upon the upper surface of the plate, a lower exterior surface positioned against the lower interior surface of the interior section, and a pair of opposed exterior side surfaces extended therebetween.
