Abstract: A foldable exercise chair configured with removable resistance bands to allow various exercises to be performed. An embodiment of the exercise chair allows a user to perform a full range of strength-training exercises and then fold the chair to allow for storage in limited space. This embodiment of the exercise chair is also able to be configured to suit a user's exercise routine by allowing for adding, changing, and removing the resistance bands, as well as modifying the bands for various resistance levels.
