  • Publication number: 20240017642
Abstract: A longitudinal adjuster having at least one rail pair, formed from a first rail and a second rail. The first and second rails are displaceable relative to each other and fit around each other to form an inner channel. A spindle nut is connected to the second rail and a spindle is operatively connected to the spindle nut and are arranged in the inner channel. The spindle nut is fixed on the second rail by a first fixing element and an second fixing element. The spindle nut is centered perpendicular to a longitudinal extent of the second rail by the two fixing elements. A method for assembling the longitudinal adjuster to a vehicle seat are described.

  • Patent number: 10500986
Abstract: An actuating mechanism (4), for a longitudinal adjuster (1) of a vehicle seat, includes an upper rail (2.1) and a lower rail (2.2), which rails are lockable to each other by at least one lock (3). The actuating mechanism (4) includes an actuating arm (4.1), a release lever (5), a positioning element (5.2), which is arranged on the release lever (5) and is mounted pivotably at a free lever end (5.3) of the release lever (5), and a connecting region (5.1) which is arranged on the release lever (5) and has an opening (5.4) provided for the non-rotatable fastening of the actuating arm (4.1). The free lever end (5.3) is configured for arrangement in an interior space (I) of the rails (2.1, 2.2). The connecting region (5.1) is configured so as to be able to pass through an upper side of the upper rail (2.1).

  • Publication number: 20180229626
Abstract: A vehicle seat longitudinal adjustment device (1, 10) includes a seat rail (2.1, 20.1) secured to the vehicle and a seat rail (2.2, 20.2) attached to the seat, which mutually engage to form a rail profile and move in relation to one another in a longitudinal direction, a rail lock (3, 30) to lock the seat rails to one another; and an actuation assembly (4, 40) for actuating the rail lock. An adapter (5, 50) is arranged between the actuation assembly and the rail lock. The adapter is configured as a force transmission element with a connection region (5.1, 50.1) that protrudes from the rail profile for connecting the actuation assembly. An integrated unlocking element (5.6, 50.6) is provided on the adapter for unlocking the rail lock. The unlocking element is configured to operatively engage in the rail lock, when the actuation assembly is actuated, in order to unlock same.

  • Patent number: 9440565
Abstract: An unlocking unit (10), for a vehicle seat (1), transmits a movement introduced via an actuation element (62) to at least two locking devices (90) for unlocking purposes. Each locking device (90) is paired with an unlocking element (11, 12) and the unlocking element (11, 12) is in the locked position when the respective locking device (90) is locked and in the unlocked position when the respective locking device (90) is unlocked. A display element (64) is in the display position when the locking devices (90) are unlocked and is in the non-display position when the locking devices (90) are locked. Each unlocking element (11, 12) which can be found in the unlocked position prevents the display element (64) from moving into the non-display position, and the display element (64) remains in the display position as long as at least one locking device (90) is unlocked.
