Abstract: Compounds of Formula I: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided for as inhibitors of SGK-1 for example for the treatment of conditions such as Long QT syndrome, heart failure, arrhythmia, ischemic injury, ischemic infarction, cardiac fibrosis, vascular proliferation, restenosis, dilated cardiomyopathy, stent failure, prostate cancer, epilepsy, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, Parkinson's disease and Lafora disease.
