    Abstract: A system and method for the application of custom or personalized graphics to a tire sidewall. A flexible frame having graphics mounted thereto is temporarily attached adjacent the wheel rim of a mounted tire, thereby guiding the positioning of the graphics. The graphics are then permanently attached to the tire sidewall and the flexible frame is severed from the graphics.
