    Abstract: A plastic underpad holder, for use by generally incontinent patients has its ends secured to a mattress. The underpad holder having a rectangular frame to securely receive a disposable underpad to contain excess excretions. The underpad holder also has circular perforations providing ventilation to minimize heat build-up between the patient and the underpad holder.
