Abstract: Described are example systems and methods generally directed to determining a location score in connection with a geographic area of interest that may represent a suitability of the geographic area of interest in connection with the performance of a service. A geographic area of interest is divided into a plurality of cells and one or more constraints in connection with an area of interest (or combination of multiple areas of interest, etc.) is determined, a mapping function is defined for each constraint, and the constraints in determining a location score for each cell of the area of interest is aggregated. In exemplary implementations, the location score for each cell of the area of interest may represent and/or correspond to a suitability of the area of interest in connection with performing aerial deliveries of items using an aerial vehicle.
