Abstract: This invention provides an aluminum foil insert that fits into a crock pot. The insert may include one or more divided compartments for separation of different foods to be heated. For example, a two-compartment insert could hold combinations such as ½ cheese dip and ½ bean dip; ½ meat balls and ½ cocktail wieners; or ½ chicken noodle soup and ½ chili. It is understood that the aluminum foil insert could be made in a variety of sizes and shapes, each of which would be matingly received in the interior of a crock pot of like size and shape.
