Abstract: Examples include a computing device that receives, from an application on a mobile device, a first communication requiring the computing device to perform at least a first action. The computing device implements a first time period during which the computing device waits before performing the first action, and receives, in real time and via an API, one or more second communications indicative of user activity with respect to the application. Based on receiving an indication that the application has been closed on the mobile device for the threshold time, the computing device performs the first action before expiration of the first time period. Alternatively, based on receiving an indication that the user is actively interacting with a user interface of the application on the mobile device, the computing device performs, after the expiration of the first time period, at least one of the first action or a second action.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, by a central server computer, first item data in a first data format provided by first service providers and second item data in a second data format provided by second service providers. The method also includes converting the second item data in the second data format to the first data format. The central server computer can then receive a selection of a first service provider from a user device. The central server computer can then provide a display of first items provided by a first service provider and provide a display of second items provided by a second service provider. The method can then include receiving, by the central server computer from the user device, a selection of the displayed first items and the displayed second items. The method can then include initiating a fulfillment of the selection for first and second items.

Abstract: In some examples, a system receives, from a user device, an indication of a first item for a first order for delivery from a first merchant location to a delivery location. The system may determine one or more second merchants within a threshold distance of at least one of: the first merchant location, the delivery location, or a route between the first merchant location and the delivery location. The system may determine, based at least on past order information, second items of the one or more second merchants having a higher likelihood of being selected for bundling with the first item than other ones of the items of the one or more second merchants. Further, the system may send, to the user device, second merchant information to cause the user device to present a user interface including the second items having the higher likelihood of being selected for bundling.
