  • Publication number: 20250096655
Abstract: The present disclosure refers to a stator arrangement as well as a method for the manufacturing thereof. The stator arrangement has a stator body having a stator core that is entirely or partly coated by an electrically insulating coating layer. A temperature-sensitive measurement conductor path is arranged in or on the coating layer and is integrally realized together with the coating layer. For this purpose, an MID manufacturing method can be used, for example. The at least one temperature-sensitive measurement conductor path has a temperature-dependent resistance. It is preferably arranged at a measurement position between a tooth of stator body and a stator winding wound onto the tooth.

  • Patent number: 12191751
Abstract: An electric motor (1), in particular, an external rotor motor, has a stator (10) with a stator core (11), a non-rotatably attached shaft (20), that extends in the axial direction (A) of the motor, and a rotor bell (30), rotatably arranged relative to the non-rotatable shaft (20). The rotor bell (30) has cooling ribs in an open, spoke-like design rotatably mounted on the shaft (20) by at least one first stator-side bearing shield (31). A cooling device (40) is arranged between and connects the shaft (20) and the stator core (11). The cooling device (40) has a plurality of axial flow openings (41) arranged in the circumferential direction that causes cooling when the motor rotates during operation.

  • Patent number: 12081078
Abstract: A permanent-excited electric motor/induction machine has a laminated core (1) made of stator laminations (11) and a yoke winding (2). The yoke winding (2) has an inner winding part (21) and an outer winding port 22. The inner winding part 21 is arranged radially inside the stator lamination (11) in at least one winding receptacle (3). The outer winding part (22) is arranged radially outside the stator lamination (11) on an outer surface (4) of the laminated core (1). A soft-magnetic shield (5) is formed on the entire circumference around the outer winding part (22). At least one nonmagnetic connecting element (6), that contacts the stator lamination (11) and the soft-magnetic shield ring (5), is arranged between the stator lamination (11) and the soft-magnetic shield (5).

  • Publication number: 20220302774
Abstract: An external rotor motor (1) has a stator (10) with a stator lamination (11), a shaft (20) and a rotor bell (30). The shaft (20) is attached in a non-rotatable manner and extends in the axial direction (A) of the motor. The rotor bell (30) is arranged such that it can rotate relative to the non-rotatable shaft (20). The rotor bell (30) is rotatably mounted on the shaft (20) by at least one first stator-side bearing shield (31) and a second rotor-side bearing shield (32). The stator (10) has a modular construction with a plurality of individual teeth (12) to attach the stator windings (16). The individual teeth (12) are attached to one another in the direction of rotation and/or to a central stator body (17) by a respective fastening contour (15, 18, 18a, 19, 19a), through which a fastening pin (15) extends.

  • Patent number: 9621010
Abstract: A rotating electric machine (1) having a stator (4) in a housing (2) and a rotor (10) supported by a shaft (6). The housing (2) circumferential wall (12) and first and second axially opposing end walls (14, 16) support bearing flanges with bearings (18) for the shaft (6). Two cooling fan impellers (20, 22) are connected to the shaft (6). An inner cooling fan impeller (20) positioned inside the housing (2) generates an inner cooling air circuit (A) inside the housing (2).
