  • Publication number: 20090095149
Abstract: An axial piston machine utilizing a swashplate design has a cylinder drum (3) that is mounted so that it can rotate around an axis of rotation (2). The cylinder drum (3) is provided with cylinder bores (4), in each of which a piston (5) is mounted so that it can be displaced longitudinally. The pistons (5) are each supported by a sliding shoe (7) on a swashplate (8). The sliding shoes (7) are in a functional connection by means of a retaining device (16), in particular a retaining plate (15), that rotates synchronously with the cylinder drum (3). The sliding shoes (7) are in a functional connection with a moment generating device (25), by means of which an opposing moment can be generated on the sliding shoes (7) that counteracts the tipping moment.

  • Publication number: 20060275149
Abstract: An axial piston machine of swash-plate construction includes a cylinder block (2) rotatable in a housing (1) and supported in the axial direction against a valve plate (6a) arranged on a housing component (7), a driving shaft (8) coupled in a rotationally synchronous manner to the cylinder block (2), and a cylinder block bearing (10) absorbing transverse forces. In order to achieve a simple construction which is axially and radially compact, the cylinder block bearing (10) is arranged between a central recess (9) of the cylinder block (2) and a supporting journal (7a) fastened to the housing component (7) and extending into the recess (9).

  • Publication number: 20050263918
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the manufacturing of a filter element having a porous body, said body comprising a bottom and a top portion, wherein said bottom and top portions define a cavity structure in between them, the cavity structure comprising an outlet for discharging filtrate having accumulated in the cavity structure. In order to avoid the laborious post-treatment or after-treatment of the filter body, the inventive process comprising forming a green filter element comprising powder injection molding said bottom portion in a first mold; opening the first mold; placing a core element on the bottom portion, said core element corresponding in its shape to the cavity structure of the body; powder injection molding said top portion onto said bottom portion and core element in a second mold; opening the second mold; and removing the so produced green filter element comprising the core element; and sintering the green filter element.

  • Publication number: 20050231931
Abstract: The invention relates to a Subassembly (1) with at least two component parts (2, 3), as well as a sealing module (4). To improve the exchangeability of seals (5, 6) for a subassembly comprising at least two component parts (2, 3), especially when complex seal geometries are involved, it is proposed that the subassembly (1) with at least two component parts (2, 3) which can be assembled to form the subassembly, features at least one sealing module (4) to accept at least one seal (5,6), which can be used between two component parts (2, 3) in each case.

  • Publication number: 20050061735
Abstract: The invention pertains to a filter element for cross-flow filtration processes, in which essentially all channels for fluid to be filtered, in particular, the inner channels for fluid to be filtered, contribute to the filtration capacity, wherein said filter element should also be easy to handle. This filter element is characterized by the fact that several filtrate channels (8) are arranged between the channels (7, 7?) for fluid to be filtered in the form of a regular arrangement, wherein each filtrate channel (8) is surrounded by at least three channels (7, 7?) for fluid to be filtered All filtrate channels (8) are provided with a common filtrate collection device (30, 30?) on their outflow side which discharges the filtrate.

  • Patent number: 6081048
Abstract: A modular peripheral unit, which monitoring a technical process, includes a base module to which at least one expansion module can be attached in series, the modules each having a module upper part and a module lower part, as well as having at least one profile permitting serial attachments. The module lower parts have a multiplicity of essentially U-shaped contact elements in the region of the profile with which they can be attached in series. One limb of the contact elements extends into the interior of the module lower part, such that the multiplicity of these limbs form an internal male contact strip and the multiplicity of remaining limbs of the contact elements form an external male contact strip. When an expansion module is attached in series, the external male contact strip engages in the expansion module such that the external male contact strip is opposite the internal male contact strip of the expansion module which is attached in series.
