  • Publication number: 20080041287
Abstract: A personal watercraft has a hull, a deck disposed on the hull, a bin, and hood. The hood is operatively connected to the deck and is movable between an open position providing access to the storage bin and a closed position preventing access to the storage bin. An opening having a contour is provided in the deck forwardly of the watercraft's steering handles. The storage bin is disposed in the opening. The storage bin has a container disposed in the opening and a lid operatively connected to the container. The lid is movable between an open position providing access to an interior of the container and a closed position preventing access to the interior of the container. A storage bin to be used in combination with a personal watercraft is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070041562
Abstract: Generally, the invention is a device, method, and system for transferring a communication session from a first outbound campaign to a second outbound campaign. The first outbound campaign may include a first communication initiating device and a first set of outbound agent communication terminals. The second outbound campaign may include a second communication initiating device and a second set of outbound agent communication terminals. The system places at least one outbound communication to a customer using the first communication initiating device of the first communication campaign. The system connects the outbound communication to an available outbound agent of the first outbound campaign. The system determines if the customer needs to be connected to an outbound agent terminal of the second outbound campaign and transfers the customer to the outbound agent of the second outbound campaign.

  • Publication number: 20060274758
Abstract: A method and system of processing communications within a communication center is described. The exemplary method receives a communication and determines attributes of the communication necessary for processing the communication. The exemplary method determines a service level of a first queue. When the service level is within range, the method routes the communication using a default set of routing rules. When the service levels are out of range, the method modifies the routing rules and routes the communication using the modified set of routing rules. The method also re-routes pending communications in the queues using the modified set of routing rules.

  • Patent number: 7056172
Abstract: A watercraft comprising a hull and a deck supported by the hull, so as to define a cavity therebetween. The deck has an opening to access an engine compartment in the cavity. An engine is provided in the engine compartment. An engine cover is displaceable between an opened position, remote from the opening in the deck to allow access to the engine, and a closed position, closing the opening. The engine cover has a first surface exposed when the engine cover is in the closed position, a second surface unexposed when the engine cover is in the closed position, a thickness dimension between the first surface and the second surface, an air conduit in the thickness dimension. The air conduit has an inlet end in the first surface and an outlet end in the second surface. The outlet end is in fluid communication with an air intake of the engine.

  • Publication number: 20050028718
Abstract: A position-adjustable steering control assembly for a personal watercraft includes a handlebar pivotally attached to a steering shaft which is operatively supported on the watercraft. The handlebar can be pivotally adjusted about a substantially horizontal axis which is normal to the axis of the steering shaft. The handlebar can be selectively locked into a plurality of angular positions within an angular range of more than 180 degrees, and the angular position of the steering axis of the handlebar will be unchanged regardless of the angular steering positions, which is advantageous, particularly when being used with a watercraft which accommodates more than one riding position of the driver.

  • Patent number: 6346817
Abstract: A float current probe measuring a float current flowing in a conductor comprises a core adapted to be magnetically coupled to the conductor. Excitation and field cancellation windings are magnetically coupled to the core. A detector detects when energy in the excitation winding reaches a predetermined threshold corresponding to a saturated core condition. A timer measures first and second delays needed to saturate the core as a result of the excitation winding being energized through a switch circuit in the forward and reverse polarity successively. A computing unit determines a magnetic field induced by the conductor based on the first and second measured delays. The field cancellation winding is energized by a current source with a current level and direction as a function of the computed magnetic field, to cancel the magnetic field induced by the conductor. The current level is representative of the float current in the conductor.
