Abstract: A connector is specified having a housing (1) with at least one holding shaft (2) for a complementary plug (3), the connector respectively having a spring arm (4) which bounds the holding shaft (2) on one side, presses on the corresponding side of the complementary plug (3) and locks the plug (3) there in its inserted position, and by a bow (5) as secondary locking mechanism, which holds the free end (6) of the spring arm (4) detachably in the position latched with the plug.

Abstract: OWG plug connector for a mechanically releasable connection between at least one OWG connector pair. The OWG plug connector has a connector having a first housing with at least one first chamber for accommodating a first OWG connector. The first chamber has a hole at one end. A mating connector is provided which is complementary to the connector and has at least one second chamber for accommodating a second OWG connector. At least two opposite walls of the second chamber are designed as latching arms. The two OWG connectors have end pieces bounded by exit faces. The first OWG connector is mounted without play in the first chamber. The exit face of the first OWG connector is arranged in the hole of the first chamber. The second OWG connector is seated with longitudinal play in the second chamber with the latching arms pressing, by means of latching lugs, the second OWG connector against a second stop of the second chamber.

Abstract: A single-piece optical fiber coupling (1) is specified which has a housing (2) with at least two holder openings (3a, 3b), which are arranged coaxially and run towards each other, for the optical fiber ends (4a, 4b) to be connected, the holder openings (3a, 3b) each having an outer section (3c, 3d) with a threaded crimp (3g) and an inner section (3e, 3f) with a thread (3h) of lower depth.

Abstract: A crimp connection between a flexible flat contact part (1) and a crimping ferrule (2) enclosing this contact part (1), wherein the crimp connection is characterized in that the crimping ferrule (2) has a base (3) and two side plates (4a, 4b) adjoining the base on opposite sides. The base (3) has at least one groove (6) towards the interior of the ferrule and transversely to the longitudinal ferrule axis (5), and ribs (7) arranged at the free ends of the side plates (4a, 4b). The ribs at the free end are disposed in such a way that, after crimping has taken place and with the side plates (4a, 4b) rolled in towards the interior of the ferrule, the said ribs press the flexible contact part (1) into the corresponding groove (6) and engage with the said part essentially positively into the corresponding groove (6).

Abstract: A specification is given of an OWG plug-in system for multimedia devices comprising a first OWG plug connector (1) with a mechanically releasable connector (2) and a mating connector (3), the said OWG plug connector being arranged in proximity to a multimedia device, a second OWG plug connector (101) with an OWG connector (105) and a printed circuit board (102), this second OWG plug connector (101) being arranged in an electromagnetically compatible region of the multimedia device and containing at least one active element, and at least one OWG cable (40b), with an OWG connector (4b, 105) at each end, one OWG connector (4b) of which can be fixed into the first OWG plug connector (1) and the other OWG connector (105) of which can be fixed into the second OWG plug connector (101), in each case without play, the active element being arranged in a manner centred with respect to the OWG connector (105) in the second OWG plug connector (101).

Abstract: This invention relates to a beam waveguide plug comprising: a plug casing (5) which has for each beam waveguide cable (2) a plug segment (6) and a clamping segment (7) for fixing the beam waveguide cable (2) to the plug (1). The clamping segment (7) has a socket (15) with a plurality of serrations (8) pressed by their edges into the beam waveguide sheathing and extending substantially transversely of the beam waveguide axis, and recesses (9) disposed between the serrations (8), to accommodate (15) the sheathing material displaced by the searrations.
