  • Patent number: 8123444
Abstract: The apparatus for supplying a cooling fluid to the outer surface of a tool consists of a guide element which surrounds the tool shank and gives rise to a laminar coolant flow.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 5, 2008
Date of Patent: February 28, 2012
    Assignee: Rego-Fix AG
    Inventor: Martin Brönnimann
  • Patent number: 8015681
Abstract: Pressing device for relative axial displacement of two parts arranged coaxially with one another and displaceable towards one another only by means of high pressure, such as, for example, collet chucks or clamping sleeves, into corresponding bores of tool or collet chuck holders. The device has an outer housing which coaxially encompasses the parts to be pressed and is hinged along an axial plane. Insert halves which in each case comprise two fixed plates having engaging edges for engaging one of the parts to be pressed and an axially moveable press plate having an engaging edge for engaging the second part to be pressed can be inserted into the housing.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 24, 2009
Date of Patent: September 13, 2011
    Assignee: Rego-Fix AG
    Inventors: Martin Brönnimann, David Gerber
  • Publication number: 20100257982
Abstract: The tool holder for machine tools with fixed tools has a cylindrical shank for connection to the carriage or turret of the machine tool and a receiving bore for a tool. It comprises a base holder having the cylindrical shank and a collet chuck holder separate from the base holder and connectable to it with an exact fit and having a receiving bore for a collet chuck.

  • Patent number: 7506580
Abstract: The pressing device serves for the relative axial movement of two parts, which are arranged coaxially with respect to one another and are moveable relative to one another only by high pressing power. The pressing device has one fixed pressure plate and one pressure plate which is moved axially by hydraulic cylinders and an insert which is to be placed around the parts which are to be pressed. The insert is held closed by means of a closure door which is articulatedly mounted on the moving part of the pressing device. The pressure cylinders are arranged as close as possible to the center of pressure, that is to say to the axis of the parts which are to be pressed.
