  • Patent number: 11161424
Abstract: A method and a vehicle electrical system having an inverter, an electrical energy store, an electrical machine and an AC transmission terminal. The inverter has first and second sides and is configured to transmit power between these sides. Two output terminals of the inverter are connected or connectable to the energy store on the first side of the inverter. At least two phase current terminals of the inverter are connected or connectable to the electrical machine on the second side of the inverter. At least one of the charging inputs of the vehicle electrical system is connectable to a respective inner motor phase of the electrical machine by a switching device controlled by a controller. The vehicle electrical system initially charges the electrical energy store with a first voltage, and then charges the electrical energy store with a second voltage, which second voltage is higher than the first voltage.

  • Publication number: 20180178630
Abstract: A method for heating the interior of a motor vehicle and a heating system are described. In the method, electrical energy stored or generated in the motor vehicle or electrical energy fed from an external energy source is fed to an electrothermal transducer and is converted there to thermal energy, which is supplied to a carrier medium for the thermal energy. An electrothermal transducer is used, which is temporarily operated at a higher heating power in the heating-up phase than in the subsequent continuous operation. In this way, the motor vehicle interior is heated up significantly quicker than in the known methods.

  • Publication number: 20080275690
Abstract: The visualization of a selection of data can be simplified. The data occurs during the execution or simulation of a function model on a computer system. It is possible in particular to configure the process of designing or developing functionalities of a control device (e.g. a motor control device) more efficiently. Software operating on the computer system is configured to use a set of rules to select some of all the data items occurring in the function model automatically as the data items to be visualized. A continuous and automated solution for the definition, selection and visual display of the data items required in individual instances is allowed.
