    Abstract: This invention relates to a dispenser for discharging a controlled quantity of cleanser into the flush tank of a toilet. The dispenser consists of a container having an open neck, a shroud which fits over the neck and restricts the discharge opening in the neck and a float member slidably connected to the shroud which has means to seal the discharge opening thereby controlling the discharge of the cleanser.
