  • Patent number: 10958125
Abstract: A circuit board to be mounted in a non-drive end shield of an electric motor has a converter formed on the circuit board. The circuit board is divided into a central region and a number of toothed regions surrounding the central region, wherein planes of the toothed regions are bent with respect to a plane of the central region in a mounting position.

Date of Patent: March 23, 2021
    Assignee: Lenze Drives GmbH
Inventors: Jan Wettlaufer, Karsten Huebner, Martin Ehlich
  • Patent number: 10811929
Abstract: A motor system includes: a stator; a rotor; a motor shaft, which is mechanically coupled for conjoint rotation with the rotor, and which defines a radial direction and an axial direction of the motor system; heat-generating components, in particular power semiconductors; a control device which is designed to control an operation of the motor system; and a housing. The housing has a first central chamber, wherein the stator, the rotor and the heat-generating components are arranged inside the first chamber, and wherein the heat-generating components are connected to an outer wall of the first chamber, and has a number of second chambers, wherein the second chambers radially surround the first chamber, and wherein the second chambers form closed channels for guiding cooling air.

  • Patent number: 7919946
Abstract: The recognition of a polyphase machine (1) connected to a converter (10) is suggested in order to adapt the converter (10) to the connected machine (1) prior to an active productive operation. The following is arranged for. Connecting of the polyphase machine with its several electric phases to the converter (10). Supplying of at least a first and a second test signal from the converter (10) to at least one of the several electric phases of the connected machine. Measuring of at least two causal sequences of the test signals. Evaluating of the measuring result to obtain measuring values (r1, r2) and allocating of these measuring values to a comparison function (60, 50). Comparing of the comparison function with a reference function (60a, 60b, 50a, 50b) which represents one type of a polyphase machine.

  • Publication number: 20090070575
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to improve the start-up of an electrical machine drive control system comprised of at least one machine (80) and of at least one machine control (100; 90, 95). The start-up should proceed in such a manner that, during servicing, a quicker and more reliable device exchange is made possible. Methods are provided for starting up as the first or new start-up. A boot memory area (50) for storing machine-related data is provided that comprise at least a number of first parameters for a number of controllers (12) and a number of user-specific second parameters of the drive control system. The first and second parameters are permanently stored in the boot memory area. The storage area (50) is organized on a module, which can be removed from and inserted once again into the machine control (100; 90, 95). A transmission of all machine-related data ensues from the b boot memory area (50) of the module to the machine control (95).
