Abstract: A system and method for operation of an autonomous vehicle (AV) yard truck is provided. A processor facilitates autonomous movement of the AV yard truck, and connection to and disconnection from trailers. A plurality of sensors are interconnected with the processor that sense terrain/objects and assist in automatically connecting/disconnecting trailers. A server, interconnected, wirelessly with the processor, that tracks movement of the truck around and determines locations for trailer connection and disconnection. A door station unlatches/opens rear doors of the trailer when adjacent thereto, securing them in an opened position via clamps, etc. The system computes a height of the trailer, and/or if landing gear of the trailer is on the ground and interoperates with the fifth wheel to change height, and whether docking is safe, allowing a user to take manual control, and optimum charge time(s). Reversing sensors/safety, automated chocking, and intermodal container organization are also provided.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for conducting a document search based on metaprints is provided. A plurality of metaprints comprising metadata keywords and associated frequencies of occurrence of the metadata keywords within a plurality of documents are maintained. A search query is received and executed against the metaprints. The metadata keywords that match the query are identified and the metaprints associated with the matched metadata keywords are obtained. A further search query is generated based on the obtained metaprints and is applied to a set of documents. Those documents that match the frequencies of occurrence associated with the obtained metaprints are identified.

Each outline includes an organizational framework into which document clauses are inserted to form a document. A request for one or more of the outlines is received from a user. The outlines are filtered by removing those outlines that the user is not authorized to access. The outlines are further filtered by removing those outlines that are not preferred by the user. The remaining outlines, not removed, are presented to the user. Input from the user regarding the presented outlines is received. At least one of the presented outlines associated with the user input is selected. The selected outline is populated with predefined values.

Abstract: A system and method for identifying documents matching a document metaprint is provided. A search query comprising one or more search terms is received from a user. One or more metadata keywords matching the one more search terms is identified. A metaprint is retrieved for each of the matching metadata keywords. A metaprint query is generated from the retrieved metadata fingerprints. The metaprint query is executed against a corpus of documents. Search results comprising documents matching the metaprint query are obtained.

Identification information is received from a user. One of the user authorization lists and one of the preference lists are selected based on the identification information received. The outlines are compared to the user authorization list and those outlines for which the user is not authorized are filtered from use. The outlines are compared to the preference list and those outlines not preferred by the user are filtered from use. The non-filtered outlines are displayed to the user and at least one of the non-filtered outlines is selected based on a request from the user. The selected non-filtered outline is provided to the user in a document.

Each clause also includes authorizations controlling access and preferences specifying provisions and terms for a specific subject matter. A searchable index is formed using a topical ordering based on the specific subject matter included. A clause selection interface is exported and includes document drafting controls. The clauses table index is authenticated against the authorizations for a given user, preferences for the individual parties, and specified monetary amount and is presented following successful authentication. A clause selection is authenticated against the authorizations for a given user and the preferences for the parties. An individual clause from the clauses table is displayed on the user interface upon the selection by the given user following successful authentication.

Each clause relates to one or more individual parties potentially affected by a use of the clause in a legal document. A searchable index of the clauses table is formed using a topical ordering based on the specific subject matter included in the provisions and terms of each clause. A clause selection interface is exported and includes document drafting controls. The clauses table index is authenticated against the authorizations for a given user and the preferences for the individual parties and specified monetary amount and is presented on the user interface following successful authentication.
