  • Patent number: 11563351
Abstract: A hand-guided treatment device has a motor housing which includes a basic housing body that extends at least on a first housing side, and a remaining housing body, which is connected to the basic housing body and, together with the basic housing body, encloses a housing interior. A drive motor in the housing interior is held on the basic housing body. The basic housing body has a tool-holding device for holding a tool driven by the drive motor. The basic housing body forms a rigid motor- and tool-supporting structure which extends at least on the first housing side and on an adjoining second housing side, forming an L shape, wherein the remaining housing body forms a non-rigid remaining housing structure.

  • Patent number: 11192233
Abstract: An arrangement of a housing and a guide tube is provided wherein one end of the guide tube is held in the housing. The position of the guide tube is adjustable relative to the housing in the direction of the longitudinal center axis of the guide tube. A rotation stop stops swiveling of the guide tube relative to the housing and includes a guide part. The guide part is mounted in one of the guide tube and housing. A longitudinal wall runs in the direction of the axis on the other one of the guide tube and housing. The longitudinal wall interacts with the guide part during swiveling of the guide tube about its axis. The guide part is tiltable relative to the guide tube about a tilt axis. The tilt axis runs along the guide tube and at a distance (a, b) from the axis of the guide tube.

  • Patent number: 11141828
Abstract: A first actuating element acts on a blocking device for an operator-controlled element for controlling the drive motor. In an enabled position of the blocking device, the operator-controlled element is enabled to control the drive motor. In a blocking position the blocking device mechanically blocks any actuation of the operator-controlled element. The first element acts on the blocking device via a transfer unit. In an actuated position of a second actuating element, the transfer unit establishes an operative connection between the first element and the blocking device, such that the blocking device is in the enabled position in the actuated position of the first element and is in the blocking position in the non-actuated position of the first element. In the non-actuated position of the second actuating element, the transfer unit is ineffective so that the blocking device is in the blocking position regardless of the first element's position.

  • Publication number: 20210257782
Abstract: A hand-held processing device has an electric drive motor system with a first power part and a second power part. The first power part has a first power connector and the second power part has a second power connector. The first and second power connectors are designed for electric connection to one another for transferring electric driving power. A device housing has first and second housing parts. The first housing part and the first power part are connected mechanically to one another and the second housing part and the second power part are connected mechanically to one another. The first housing part, with the mechanically connected first power part, and the second housing part, with the mechanically connected second power part, are designed for mechanical connection to one another for the arrangement of the electric drive motor system in the device housing.

  • Publication number: 20210151814
Abstract: A hand-guided, battery-operated working apparatus has an apparatus housing in which is arranged an electric drive motor, a battery tray to accommodate a removable battery pack, and a cooling air guide. The cooling air guide includes an inlet-side air guide portion, which extends from a housing inlet into the battery tray as far as an air outlet from the battery tray, and an outlet-side air guide portion, which leads from the air outlet of the battery tray to the drive motor and, from there, onwards to a housing outlet. The working apparatus has a filter element, which is arranged in the cooling air guide so as to be accessible via the battery tray.

  • Patent number: 10717206
Abstract: A power saw system has a power saw with housing; guide bar; and saw chain driven about the guide bar by an electric drive motor. A battery is arranged outside of the housing. A power cable is connected with its first end through an electrical connection to the battery and with the second end to the drive motor to supply the drive motor with power. An elastic securing element is connected by a fastening element to the housing. A connecting device connects by a mechanical connection the securing element to an operator of the power saw. The connecting device has an overload protection separating the mechanical connection between securing element and operator when a maximum pulling force is surpassed. Securing element and power cable form a cable assembly. A pull-out force for separating the electrical connection is smaller than the maximum pulling force.
