  • Patent number: 10392877
Abstract: A chuck for a drill head of a rotation rock drilling rig, wherein a plurality of jaws are equally angularly distributed around a grip position axis, wherein the jaws co-operate with actuator means for radial movements of the jaws, and wherein the chuck includes urging means being arranged for influencing the jaws into the release position. The urging means is a partially annular jaw spring surrounding said axis and having two spring ends adjacent to each other. The jaws together form an inside seat for the jaw spring and the jaw spring is arranged for fixing engagement with one of the jaws. The invention also relates to a drill head, a rig and a jaw spring.

  • Patent number: 10174555
Abstract: A drill head for a rotation drilling rig, including: a rotation motor, a drill head spindle, and a gear change transmission between the rotation motor and the drill head spindle, the gear change transmission including an input shaft connected to the rotation motor and an output shaft connected to the drill head spindle. The input shaft is co-axial with the output shaft, the input shaft is permanently coupled to an intermediate shaft over a first speed reduction gear couple, the gear change transmission) includes a clutch being shiftable between a first position interconnecting the input and output shafts for obtaining the same rotational speed for the input and output shafts, and a second position connecting the intermediate shaft to the output shaft over a second speed reduction gear couple. The invention also relates to a rig.

  • Publication number: 20180268272
Abstract: A system for tagging passenger baggage can include an indicia-reading device for reading decodable indicia associated with a boarding pass issued to a passenger, decoding the decodable indicia into a decoded message comprising boarding pass and baggage information for the passenger, and transmitting information of the decoded message. The system can also include a printer in communication with the indicia-reading device configured to receive the information of the decoded message transmitted from the indicia-reading device, and generate a baggage tag for baggage of the passenger based upon information of the decoded message received from the indicia-reading device.

  • Patent number: 8164775
Abstract: An automated ticketing and boarding (ATB) device may replace both legacy boarding pass printers and gate readers, without reconfiguring existing departure control systems (DCSs). The replacement ATB device may create a virtual magnetic stripe in memory from the formatted flight and/or passenger information received from the DCS, and may extract portions of the virtual magnetic stripe to form a boarding pass with an optical machine-readable symbol instead of a magnetic stripe transparently to the DCS.
