  • Publication number: 20230087704
Abstract: A device for testing at least one plug-in element includes a plug-in element receptacle and a test element receptacle, which are adapted to be movable along a test axis for establishing a plug-in connection. A force sensor is configured and disposed to detect a force along the test axis when the plug-in connection is established. A compensating element is configured and disposed for compensating for an offset between the plug-in element and a test element. The compensating element is configured to be at least partially elastic so that the test element is elastically movable to compensate for alignment deviations from the test axis. A method for testing at least one plug-in element is provided along with a method for producing the compensating element.

  • Patent number: 11002636
Abstract: A pressure sensor for measuring pressures in combustion chambers of internal combustion engines includes a sensor housing with a longitudinal axis and an interior space, a measuring element in the interior space, and a rotation-symmetrically designed membrane with a peripheral edge section connected with an end of the sensor housing at the pressure chamber side to seal off the interior space of the sensor housing on the pressure chamber side. The membrane has a flexible annular membrane segment and a central plunger that interacts with the measuring element and the flexible annular membrane segment. The annular membrane segment connects the plunger with the peripheral edge section. The annular membrane segment is designed as a convex circular arc of constant material thickness on the pressure chamber side.

  • Patent number: 10378988
Abstract: A pressure sensor includes an evaluation unit and a sensor assembly, which includes a sensor and an electrode arrangement. The sensor generates signals under the action of a pressure profile, and the electrode arrangement transmits the signals to the evaluation unit, which includes an evaluation unit housing, an electric circuit board and a reinforcement element, which is arranged in a radial plane between the electric circuit board and the evaluation unit housing. The reinforcement element is mechanically connected to the electric circuit board and dampens mechanical resonance vibrations of the electric circuit board that occur in the radial plane.

  • Patent number: 10161823
Abstract: A piezoelectric pressure sensor includes a sensor housing that accommodates a membrane, a piezoelectric sensor, a charge pick-off and a pre-stressing assembly. The membrane captures a pressure profile, and polarization charges are generated accordingly on the piezoelectric sensor by the captured pressure profile. The pre-stressing assembly includes a pre-stressing body and a pre-stressing sleeve and mechanically pre-stresses the piezoelectric sensor. The charge pick-off receives the polarization charges and is electrically insulated from the pre-stressing sleeve by a second gap. The charge pick-off is mechanically connected to the pre-stressing body via a first electric insulation body on a side of the pre-stressing body that faces away from the membrane and seals the second gap in a pressure-tight manner from an environment of the second gap.
