Abstract: A method and a system for identifying various details of a ringback tone (“RBT”) or other call pair related metadata after a call is placed is disclosed (“the system”). The system includes a user interface suitable for use in various mobile devices. The user interface allows a user to identify multiple characteristics of an RBT such as the song name, artist name, and the image of the album cover. Additionally, Metadata enhancing the RBT, such as a coupon related to an RBT advertisement may be displayed. Metadata displayed may be call pair related information unrelated to an RBT such as the name of a customer service representative you may have just spoken with. The user interface also provides appropriate actions to be performed after the call such as purchase of the whole song related to the RBT, rating the RBT, using the coupon or rating the customer service representative.
