  • Patent number: 10214863
Abstract: A plate element for a fastening point, at which a rail for rail vehicles is fastened to a fixed base. The plate element has an opening leading from the upper side thereof associated with the rail to be fastened to the underside thereof associated with the base, through which a fastening element for fastening the plate element onto the base is guided during use, which engages with an anchor fitting countersunk into the base, and a fastening point at which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a fixed base. The plate element enables the fastening of a rail onto a fixed base, ensuring optimum electrical insulation. This is achieved by a ring element made from a flexibly resilient material sitting in the region of the mouth of the opening associated with the base.

  • Patent number: 10138602
Abstract: A fastening point for a rail on a foundation including a bedplate arranged on a support surface of the foundation. The bedplate includes a bearing surface formed on its underside associated with the foundation and also a through-opening, a spring element for exerting an elastic holding-down force on a rail foot and a clamping screw, which braces the spring element against the bedplate. The clamping screw is guided with its threaded shaft through the through-opening of the bedplate. The clamping screw acts with its screw head against the spring element and is screwed into a thread provided in a region of the through-opening of the bedplate. A free space is provided in a region underneath the bedplate in the extension of the through-opening of the bedplate, into which the threaded shaft of the clamping screw can be inserted.

  • Patent number: 9945078
Abstract: The present invention relates to a plastic dowel for the fastening of a rail on a solid substrate. The plastic dowel includes an opening, an interior, a shank section, and a holding section, which provides at least one circumferential projection around its circumference. The at least one projection protrudes in a radial direction whereby the upper flank of the projection of the holding section assigned to the dowel opening is aligned at an angle of 90°±3° in relation to a longitudinal axis of the plastic dowel.

  • Patent number: 9212455
Abstract: A combination of a guiding plate for laterally supporting a rail and a wedge element for adjusting the position of the rail relative to a counter-bearing, on which the guiding plate is supported. The guiding plate has an end face which is associated with the wedge element and which extends in the longitudinal direction and a lower side associated with a substrate. Between the guiding plate and the wedge element is a positive-locking guide along which the wedge element can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the end face of the guiding plate. The guide between the wedge element may act as one joining partner and the guiding plate may act as another joining partner wherein, in one of the joining partners, there is formed a slot-like guide orientated along this joining partner and the projection of the other joining partner engages in a positive-locking manner.
