  • Publication number: 20210139307
Abstract: A system for dispensing temperature-controlled milk using only gas pressure, pressure-choke points, and timing controls. Specifically, a system comprising one or more fluid containers stored in a temperature controlled setting, a flow control unit that controls the flow of chilled milk via gas-operated control solenoids, food-grade, air driven pumps, and pinch valves, a temperature-controlled umbilical, and a milk dispensing tower that is in electrical communication with the flow control unit and allows for the measured dispensation of product at a constant temperature, all without the use of any moving valves or other components.

  • Patent number: 9366475
Abstract: According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a device for chilling and dispensing a beverage from a bottle is provided. The device comprises mounting rail configured to attach to a bar top structure and having a top rail plate and a rail freezing and chilling mechanism under the top rail plate. The device also includes a dome configured to attach to the top rail plate and having a dome plate, interior storage tank and a dome freezing and chilling mechanism between the dome plate and the interior storage tank. The rail freezing and chilling mechanism and the dome freezing and chilling mechanism are configured to build a layer of frost on top of the top rail plate and along the dome plate from humidity of ambient air. The dome is configured to seat the bottle in an inverted position and chill and dispense the beverage from the interior storage tank.

  • Patent number: 8616020
Abstract: In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, the present invention includes a multi-configurable frosted bar rail system. The multi-configurable frosted bar rail system comprises a chilling and frost system having a compressor and refrigerant and a plurality of modular rail sections configured to be coupled together in series and to the chilling and frost system. Each rail section comprises a base pan configured to catch and drain defrosting ice and fluids; a top rail plate supported within the base pan; and a rail freezing and chilling mechanism coupled immediately under the top rail plate. The freezing and chilling mechanism is configured to create a continuous layer of frost on top of the top rail plate.

  • Patent number: 5009082
Abstract: A system for cooling beer to be dispensed from a container housed in a preliminary air cooled environment that is cooled with a primary heat exchanger includes a first flowline for dispensing beer from the container and an auxiliary heat exchanger having a glycol reservoir for receiving the first flowline, the first flowline traversing the reservoir in heat exchange relation therewith. The second flowline includes at least a pair of side-by-side internal bores having a first bore in fluid communication with the first flowline downstream of the glycol reservoir and a second bore carrying glycol from the reservoir in close proximity and in heat exchange relation with beer in the first bore, the second flowline being extended in length so that beer and glycol can travel to remote positions away from the container. A spigot is provided for dispensing the beer at the remote position after transmitted thereto via the second flowline.
