  • Publication number: 20200303063
Abstract: In some embodiments, a management system is configured to dynamically generate and/or adjust a step-by-step care regimen. The care regimen, or step-by-step plan, is broken down by the system into specific actions presented to a patient at specific times with tailored guidance on how to achieve the best effect of each step. The system can be configured to build tailored care plans that span contemplation phases, preparation phases, recovery phases, and long term care phases. In further embodiments, over the treatment life cycle, the system facilitates patient care compliance, planning and education, among other options. In other embodiments, the system is configured to dynamically capture and develop implicit relationship information on a patient's care journey, and augment care options for respective patients responsive to identifying implicit connections developed within the context of the patient's care journey (e.g., specified by patient provider, procedure, physician, comorbidities, etc.).

  • Patent number: 7586301
Abstract: Hall sensor arrangement is disclosed for detection of the change in the position of two components which can move relative to one another into two end positions, with a Hall sensor with at least one Hall measurement field (H; H1, H2) and a field magnet. An actuator is provided for transmitting to the Hall sensor the change in the position of the two components which can move relative to one another. The Hall sensor and the field magnet are combined into a preassembled structural unit. When the position of the field magnet changes relative to the Hall sensor from one end position into the other end position the polarity of the magnetic field acting on the Hall measurement field (H; H1, H2) can change, e.g., the polarity becomes reversed.

  • Publication number: 20080116678
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a switch adapter integrateable into a seat belt lock and used for monitoring the locking and unlocking state of the lock. Said switch adapter is embodied in the form of a monolithic plastic part and is provided with at least two adapter areas which are movable with respect to each other. The first adapter area carries a first switch element and the second adapter area carries a second switch element. Said switch adapter is in suitably integrateable into the lock of the seat belt which is provided with a frame and a locking element which is movably mounted with respect thereto, makes it possible to lock the seat belt buckle in the locking element thereof in a locking position and is unlocked in the unlocking position. The switch adapter is used for detecting the locking state of the seat belt locking element.

  • Patent number: 5247139
Abstract: A two-channel forked fail-safe light barrier generates shaft position information in the region of the floors for the premature opening of the doors on arrival of an elevator car and includes a cyclical dynamic self-monitoring circuit by means of which a prophylactic fault recognition is possible. The self-monitoring circuit is responsive to the arrival and standstill of the car at a floor and periodically simulates genuine operational sequences as a brief emergence of the switching vane by an optical short-circuit of the fail-safe light barrier. The simulation effects interruption of the light barrier relay power which is, however, shorter than the release time of the relays so that the relays do not release when the circuit is intact.
