  • Patent number: 11781607
Abstract: A housing of a solenoid valve unit for controlling a central clutch actuator of a utility vehicle is configured for installation in a transmission housing, preferably in a clutch case, and for accommodating at least one solenoid valve. The housing has an elongate housing shape that is curved along its longitudinal direction to enable installation in tight spaces.

  • Publication number: 20220163070
Abstract: An actuating mechanism for a clutch servo unit, includes: an actuating element, which is designed to have an actuating force applied thereto and to be displaced by same in an actuation direction; a transmission element, which is designed to execute a displacement parallel to the actuation direction; and at least one clamping element. The clamping element is configured, when the actuating force is exerted on the actuating element, to enable the actuating force to be transferred to the transfer element by way of a formation of a clamping contact. The actuating element and the at least one clamping element are designed to be movable relative to one another in a circumferential direction, oriented around the actuation direction, if the clamp is not yet fully formed. A clutch servo unit with an actuating mechanism of this kind is provided.

  • Publication number: 20210388900
Abstract: A shift track selection rod and a shifting element are provided which can be connected to one another without additional fastening elements. A system consists of the shift track selection rod and the shifting element. A transmission actuator includes the system. A transmission includes the system or the transmission actuator.

  • Publication number: 20210332882
Abstract: A gear-shifting mechanism for a transmission has a gear-shifting actuating unit with a gear-shifting actuator that can be moved along a gear-shifting actuating axis, and a selection unit that can be connected to the gear-shifting actuator. The selection unit has a selection element which is designed to adopt different positions in a direction that is non-parallel to the gear-shifting actuating axis, in order to be able to connect to different selector forks in the different positions, for moving transmission components for shifting gears, and a switching actuator having a switching actuator axis that defines a switching movement of the switching actuator for moving the selection element into the different positions. The switching actuator axis and the gear-shifting actuating axis are oriented such that they are parallel to each other.

  • Publication number: 20210317912
Abstract: A shift mechanism for a gearbox has a shift actuation unit designed to produce an axial shifting motion, at least two selector forks for shifting gear components to shift gears, and at least one shift rod designed to transmit the axial shifting motion from the shift actuation unit to at least one of the at least two selector forks. The coupling mechanisms and the shift rods are positioned to be axially aligned with one another.

  • Publication number: 20210317852
Abstract: A pneumatic actuating element, an exhaust air system, a housing, and a pneumatic actuator, are provided, which are designed to provide a possibility to collect exhaust air that is discharged when the pneumatic actuating element is ventilated, which exhaust air typically includes contaminations, and to release the exhaust air in an area that is not visible during operation, in order to prevent irritation due to a contaminated housing on the one hand and, on the other hand, to protect components that might come into contact with the contaminated exhaust air.
