  • Patent number: 11611174
Abstract: On a round plug, outwardly directed detent hooks are arranged between a plug-in region and a contact carrier portion of an insulating body or a base portion of the round plug housing. A mating connector has, on a plug-in side of a threaded portion, an inwardly directed circumferential or interrupted detent lug. The detent arms do not need to reach through the threaded portion. The detent arms can therefore be made particularly strong, and the inner thread can be continuous. The retaining forces of the locking/screwing are thus very high, and the detent arms for example can be integrally molded on a plastic insulation body, and thus be formed in one piece therewith, for simplified production. Operation and manufacture are significantly simplified.

  • Patent number: 10139576
Abstract: A plug connector has a cylindrical housing body having at least one step, which forms two different regions each having different housing diameters, wherein the region having the smaller diameter forms a plug-in region and the region having the larger diameter forms a socket region, wherein the plug connector has a lock, which is captively connected to the housing body, wherein the plug connector has an actuator, which is operatively connected to the lock, wherein the plug connector has a plugging positioner, which at least partially surrounds the plug-in region. An attachment flange fits the plug connector and has an insertion region designed as a hollow cylinder, wherein the inner region of the hollow cylinder has at least one step, which forms two different regions each having different inside diameters, wherein the inner region of the insertion region is unthreaded.

  • Patent number: 10008844
Abstract: A cable seal for feed-throughs on housings is provided. Cables or hoses are fed through the feed-through into the housing and are sealed by two sealing rings. Because of different diameters of the sealing rings, the sealing rings are radially expanded or compressed by an axial force and the cable is sealed to the housing tightly with respect to the surroundings. The axial force on the sealing rings is produced by a pressing element that can be screwed on.

  • Patent number: 9799984
Abstract: Provided is a protective cap for mounting on a plug connector housing in order to protect the plug connector housing and plug connector modules received in the plug connector housing from environmental influences such as dirt, dust and moisture. At least one receptacle in the form of a rubber nipple is provided in a plug-in side of the protective cap, which receptacle is suitable for mechanical contact-making with a plug connector module received in the plug connector housing. The mechanical connection between the protective cap and plug connector module ensures that the plug connector module is protected from damage during transport and secured against loss and falling out when the protective cap is released. Moreover, the plug connector module can be removed, together with the protective cap, from the plug connector housing.

  • Patent number: 9570846
Abstract: Disclosed is a plug connector, known as a push-pull type of plug connector, wherein the plug connector is embodied from a base body for receiving a contact, a latch and also a first actuator for actuating the latching means. The first actuator is provided on the plug connector in such a manner that it can be displaced axially along the plugging direction. The first actuator is used for transferring the plugging force by the user to the plug connector, wherein the strengths of the force is limited to a defined maximum in order to prevent damage to components. Furthermore, the latch is actuated by displacing the first actuator in the opposite direction to the plugging direction and the latching arrangement with respect to the mating plug connector is released.

  • Patent number: 9297965
Abstract: A plug-in connection system for a two-piece plug-in connection, comprising a plug-in connector and a matching mating connector, wherein the plug-in connector includes a latching unit with latching hooks provided thereon, which engage in groove areas on the mating connector. Here, a plurality of groove areas is circumferentially provided on the mating connector implemented in a sleeve-type way, which are offset relative to each other by a certain distance ds in relation to the plug-in edge of the mating connector. In the case of groove areas which are arranged in multiple pairs on the external side of the plug-in sleeve, only one latching hook pair engages at any one time during the plug-in operation into a latching groove in the groove area, whereas the other latching hooks respectively remain on a sawtooth flank before or after the one occupied latching groove.
