The access opening is provided with an access door that is hingedly coupled to the operator's compartment about a transverse hinge axis. The control console is provided with a console wall having a finished exterior surface that is exposed to the interior space. The HVAC module is also provided with an exterior wall having a finished exterior surface that is also exposed to the interior space and adjoins the console wall.
