  • Publication number: 20240183192
Abstract: A lock operating device (100) configured to be retrofitted on an electromechanical lock (200) having a key-receiving portion (210) is provided. The lock operating device (100) comprises a maneuver knob (110) and a key blade (120) being operably connected to the maneuver knob (110) and being insertable in said key-receiving portion (210) of the electromechanical lock (200), and circuitry (130) which includes wireless communication means (132) arranged to wirelessly receive authentication information, and which circuitry (130) is arranged to communicate the received authentication information to the electromechanical lock (200) via the inserted key blade (120).

  • Publication number: 20240183194
Abstract: An arrangement and a method for an electromagnetic padlock (10) are disclosed. A handheld unit (30), which is movably connected via a connector member to a lock fitting (50) to be locked by a padlock (10), is removably attached to a padlock (10) during unlocking and locking. When the padlock (10) is locked, a magnetic sensor (44) of the electronic key (40) detects a change in detected magnetic flux from the attached magnet (31), representing a verification that the padlock has both been locked and locked at a correct location. Incorrect locking procedure, or locking at incorrect locations may generate warnings.

  • Publication number: 20240175294
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electromechanical lock assembly (1;2) comprising a lock body (15;115), a lock core (17;117), a lock bolt operating member (19;119), and an electronic access control device. The electromechanical lock assembly further comprises an annular element (27;127) which is rotatably and axially displaceably mounted on said lock core (17;117), a coupling device (25;125) arranged to communicate with said electronic access control device and, upon the insertion of an appropriate key (65) in the key receptacle (37), rotationally lock the annular element (27;127) to the lock core (17;117), thereby enabling rotation of the lock core (17;117) in a first direction and thereby enabling unlocking of said lock (3) with said appropriate key (65), and a blocking arrangement (63) arranged to prevent unauthorized unlocking of said lock (3).

  • Patent number: 11893845
Abstract: The invention concerns a system (1) to provide access to premises (P1-P4) that comprise entrances (E1.1, E1.2, E2-E4) locked by means of electromechanical key locks (L1.1, L1.2, L2-L4), which for locking and unlocking are powered by insertion and actuation of at least one programmable key (24). In said system (1) an administrator (10) contacts a service unit (20) in possession of a programmable key (24) and provides it with synchronization data (13) for an electromechanical key lock (L1.2) of at least one entrance (E1.1) of at least one premise (P1) at an exact geographic position of a site (S).

  • Publication number: 20220381061
Abstract: An electromechanical lock assembly (1) comprising a lock body (13), a lock core (21) located at least partially within the lock body (13) and selectively rotatable with respect to the lock body (13), the lock core (21) including a key receptacle (23), a bolt operating member rotationally secured to the lock core (21) and configured to move a lock bolt of a lock (3) for locking and unlocking said lock (3), and a programmable key (12), wherein said electromechanical lock assembly is configured to be powered upon insertion of the programmable key (12) in said key receptacle (23). A position sensing device (27) is arranged to transmit position data to said programmable key (12).
