  • Publication number: 20240078167
Abstract: A method of validating a regulated application by generating, on a local data processing system, an automated agent to oversee a validation process of the regulated application on the local data processing system regardless of a local or web-based nature of the regulated application.

  • Patent number: 9009709
Abstract: Improved methods and systems are provided for asynchronously updating forecast rollup numbers. The asynchronousity is achieved by decoupling the source data change from further manipulations of the source data, for example in calculating and updating forecast rollup numbers by user role hierarchy, layer by layer. An event message queue implementation can be used for asynchronous processing. The process works by dequeuing a batch of event messages and then deduping and sorting them before applying forecast logic. Forecast numbers are updated based on target data and then rolled up the user role levels by aggregating forecast numbers for all subordinate forecast data entries.

  • Patent number: 8812438
Abstract: In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for synchronizing data using data identifying messages. These mechanisms and methods for synchronizing data using data identifying messages can enable embodiments to provide notification of a need to synchronize one instance of data with changes made to another instance of data, without necessarily communicating the changes to be made to the other instance of the data. The ability of embodiments to provide synchronization based on such a notification can allow more efficient data synchronization while ensuring that synchronizations are based on up-to-date information.

  • Publication number: 20110084104
Abstract: The invention relates to automobile roof top cargo carriers. The distinguishing feature of the invention lies in 2 main characteristics: 1) the cargo carrier utilizes an access door, which is an integral part of the body of the unit, in order to open the unit instead of the traditional “clamshell” method of opening currently utilixed by cargo boxes being sold and marketed. 2) the access door is completely removable and doubles as a bench type platform serving the primary function of supporting the user for the purpose of gaining access to the contents of the cargo carrier. The access door readily and easily transforms into a bench like platform and can be used for a wide variety of purposes, or anything the user sees fit.

  • Patent number: 6700533
Abstract: A system for tracking objects outdoors. Tags attached to objects such as trailers include GPS receivers. Tags transmit uncorrected position and satellite data to a base station, where differential corrections are applied, providing 2-5 meter accuracy of the position of the tag and object. Tags are on a low duty cycle. When a tag powers on, it receives accurate time and current satellite data from the base station, enabling the tags to acquire the satellite signal quickly and with minimum power consumption. When a tag is out of base station range, the tag periodically calculates and archives its position. The tag may also include Real Time Locating Systems technology, to enable tracking to continue when the tag moves indoors and becomes inaccessible to GPS satellite signals.
