  • Publication number: 20030067204
Abstract: The present invention provides a seat with a vertical rubber panel, which is suitable for use preferably in public buildings such as waiting rooms, bus shelters or railway stations.
    Type: Application
    Filed: September 11, 2002
    Publication date: April 10, 2003
    Inventors: Martin Mezger, Torsten Bilstein
  • Publication number: 20020123564
Abstract: The rubber mixtures according to the present invention consisting of uncrosslinked, double bond-containing rubbers (A), crosslinked rubber particles (B) and multifunctional isocyanates based on polyuret (C), wherein, based on 100 parts by weight (phr) of the rubber components (A) respectively, the component (B) content in the mixture is 1 to 150 parts by weight and the multifunctional isocyanate content based on polyuret (component C) is 1 to 100 parts by weight, can be used to produce rubber vulcanizates and rubber molded articles of all kinds, the vulcanizates produced therefrom exhibiting an advantageous combination of mechanical properties, such as modulus at 300% elongation, elongation at break, tear strength and abrasion resistance.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 14, 2001
    Publication date: September 5, 2002
Inventors: Werner Obrecht, Martin Mezger, Anthony Sumner
  • Publication number: 20020049282
Abstract: The invention relates to rubber mixtures which contain microgels and isocyanatosilanes and vulcanisates produced therefrom. By adding isocyanatosilanes the mechanical properties of the vulcanisates, in particular the elongation properties and the abrasion resistance, are improved without the difference in rebound resilience at 70° C. and 23° C. being reduced.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 3, 2001
    Publication date: April 25, 2002
Inventors: Werner Obrecht, Martin Mezger, Anthony Sumner
  • Publication number: 20010006995
Abstract: The rubber mixtures according to the invention, containing uncrosslinked, double-bond-containing rubbers (A), crosslinked rubber particles (B) and multifunctional isocyanates (C), wherein the amount of component (B) in the mixture is from 1 to 150 parts by weight and the amount of multifunctional isocyanates (component C) is from 1 to 100 parts by weight, in each case based on 100 parts by weight (phr) of the rubber component (A), may be used in the production of rubber vulcanates and molded rubber bodies of any kind, the vulcanates produced therefrom having an advantageous combination of mechanical properties, such as tensile stress at 300% elongation, ultimate elongation, tear resistance and abrasion resistance.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 14, 2000
    Publication date: July 5, 2001
    Inventors: Werner Obrecht, Martin Mezger
